It was obvious all along that you would not receive the dividend the same day that it was paid by SIAF. In my view in the real world everybody will not receive the dividend the same day since brokers do not work at the same speed in distributing the dividend. I see no evidence that SIAF has not honored its obligations when it comes to the interest. Therefore I see no reason to pay 10 % additional interest because we are going to receive the dividend a few days after 30 May. I expect to receive about 5,000 dollars in dividend (before withholding tax). I don't know how much you expect to receive.
