Biden is a typical "suit" that has no dog in the fight regarding oil or ethanol so he is free to pontificate, pose, and successfully convince the fools in DE that he is "working for them". No chance anyone there can be threatened or offended with this nanny state proposal. If the DC sludges manage to pass any such stupid mandate, it will be at exactly the moment that it is no longer needed. XLPI and E85 will rise with the market for same, and if the feds get into it, THEN big oil can unleash the lobbyists to "help" the legislative process. Fuel is fungible at the pump, but eminently manipulatable in DC.
