as you can see, the rigs reopen knowing OPEC won't slow down. Why should wti slow down to help OPEC out? The pump war just begun. My friend said two more rigs in the gulf just increased staffing...round the clock pumping. I am keeping an eye on North Dakota. If ND pumps back online... danm cheap gas coming.
