New business means a new business entity. Google is not a business registry.

Here's a business lesson that your attorney will charge you for that I'll give you for free. For each and every new business, the owner forms a new buisness entity for a variety of reasons, including risk management.

If you are really looking to check the legal status of a company, check the Secretary of State of that business. Google is not the only source of information on planet earth and just because Disney, TMZ, and the Kardashians show up, does not mean each byte of data on the globe is on there.

I know of many successful businesses that do not show up on a Google search. Successful, long standing businesses.
