It's not old news. It's just wrong. And as you stated, it's old news that is expected to be current when it's settled.

again old news (actually 2009, not 2011) but lawsuits take many years and are often settled out of court.

It was NEVER connected to IJJP. Do your DD on the facts back then and what happened to it since. It's easy. Like I said, 5 minutes if you plug in the correct search words.
