Here is a real life example of why the recent information probably didn't cause the stock price to go up...my uncle is a partner in a well known hedge fund, has been since the 80s. He writes algorithms, so he's about as intelligent as they come. I explain these PRs to him and I watch it go over his head. HEY UNCLE...have you ever heard of SAIL? Ummm no...should I? This information does nothing for advanced investors like him. This happened w a stock broker cousin as well. Unless you know the medical world, you will not be impressed enough w this Intel. People want to see videos, a product, a sales plan...5 year potential earnings. They aren't ready to release this yet. Maybe soon...
