Every PTOI pump phase looks the same. PTOI shows up on paid promotional sites and then in parallel wild claims about dozens of machines in dozens of states suddenly appear. Then just like that it goes away. You would think Dick would use more creativity but then again he may realize he does not really need to based on who he is targeting.
