I think TRTC's financial condition is not good. They need fast money just for continuing ops. If they have the Nevada timeline to follow in addition, things could get really really bad.
Just my opinion though. I don't trust anyone in this company. Too much double speak and rah rah. Ever their attorney sold all his stock. Go figure.
