INCORRECT!!!! I just saw the amendment filed with the state of Nevada on 4/29/15 , sign by MR Bredow not PV,, and your fee structure isn't even close to being correct,, please only post TRUE AND ACCURATE INFO!! TY

Updating the corporate officers with the SOS is not a matter of filing an amendment. It's actually an annual update of corporate officers. This ANNUAL update is also the time of the year when a corporation pays to the state of Nevada the annual fees which are based on the value of the shares issued by the corporation. NOT an amendment fee for UPDATING the officer list for such is NOT AN AMENDMENT.

I'm not sure if I mentioned it or not, but Joel signed the last Amendment and is the only one in charge. Thanks again!!
