I think bringing Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse on board early on was in part to lay the groundwork for institutional financing. We don't know who or what they might have lined up, but they have had a good deal of lead time.
I do not think we are going to have a hard time getting financed; however, with a depressed share price, the equity portion of financing will require more dilution. Anything that can move the sp up in the near term could have significant impact on the eventual share structure.
I am ok with a buyout if the price is right--removes quite a bit of uncertainty.
