If that PR was real, why would it have been pulled back and disappeared, hypothetically?

TA says one thing in terms of OS, PR said another. Maybe the actions in PR haven't happened yet, so they pulled it back and that is why TA says OS is still higher than the PR said? I don't know. Hopefully that PR is real and will be released again SOON!
