You guys read this on 14c.....The 2015 Stock Incentive Plan would allow for the issuance of up to 50,000,000,000 shares of our Common Stock.

The 2015 Stock Incentive Plan is intended to be a broad-based plan that allows for the issuance of equity awards deep into our organization.

The Board of Directors believes that approving 50,000,000,000 shares for issuance under the 2015 Stock Incentive Plan is appropriate and in the best interests of stockholders given our current expectations on hiring following an attempted recapitalization and restructuring and the highly competitive environment in which we intend to recruit and retain
