Guaranteed they will be 100 % accurate when they are filed. Between now and 90 days.

There is absolutely no reason for The SEC to second guess the finished audit being prepared by INDEPENDENT AUDITORS who have no reason to alter any data putting themselves or their firm in question with The SEC.

Unless of course they are part of the gang of con men LMAO

Their working the best they can. I hear they received cash as payment in full plus some TECO shares as a bonus * wink wink *

They know once these are filed, Treaty is SEC compliant and back on the OTC.

I hope there is plenty of Toilet Paper in The Ridiculous Zone when the squeeze starts. lol

In the end, happy and wealthy shareholders and auditors.

It was claimed "within 2 weeks"... But of course they will never be filed...

No way Treaty will file delinquent filings. If they are refusing to supply the very documentation to SEC investigators in the SEC securities fraud case, then why the heck would they file delinquent filings??? Treaty won't, and that has been the reason all along that they haven't filed them... The filings would incriminate the lot of them including Tesarski. Treaty has known since late 2013 that the SEC was investigating them for securities fraud, that's when Treaty stopped filing.

My predictions that no filings would be filed has been correct since the SEC fraud charges 6 months ago...

Still no true correct and complete filings... And of course not... That would be like handing over the missing murder weapon.
