Everyone associated with the company is based in Colorado. New IR is from Longwood. Only a few people in the Vancouver office and peter and his daughter were two. Leasing space in Vancouver is not cheap and that is how you cut costs.

I agree with you. If you plan to sell then why take the expense of moving headquarters to the U.S.? You could let the new owners do that!
