Holy moses, Brian Tuttle is putting in WORK, check out docket #515, where he outlines the severe conflict of interest of Moelis and Barak Klein, and is objecting to Moelis even being compensated.

25% of a $1.4 billion company for $25M of DIP, it's just un-freaking-believable, too crazy to be true. I'm buying more shaers :)
