He cannot sell his shares until YA ends it's dilutive practices. Since they flood the market to meet all demand, it becomes more difficult for minority shareholders to sell.

His best opportunity lies in praying for minimal volume so as to sustain his investment. Unfortunately, however, I tend to feel the next r/s will be announced as soon as Neom's new financing is finalized.
