The shell is unsaleable

The former ceo was a huge deadbeat. The cityof baltimore and the irs have tax liens on it. With the number of collections and lawsuits against him, i wouldnt be surprised if there are other creditors coming out of the woodwork

On the brightside, Dalton stiffed UNVC's last lender NIR group and cory ribotsky before he went to prison. The last UNVC pr is one of ribotsky's employees bobby cohen trying to hijack the shell

I would think that the buyers today are thinking that something is happening to UNVC in the future that is good.
I know that I believe the future will be good.
