More than $25 million in debt

No beverage operations.

It is one or the other – settlement $ or continued license. Both will not happen.

Cirtran will be left without any operations.

Mr. Iehab still in charge.

Any settlement $ will be squandered.

Losses will continue - 17 years straight and counting ....

Shareholders will get nothing.
