Not arguing SIMC doesn't warrant higher price, only that SMTX is way more undervalued on a PE and PS basis (0.15 for SMTYX vs. 0.85 for SIMC) than SIMC- it isn't even close as a matter of fact.

SIMC's organic growth going forward after the aquisition will not be any higher than SMTX- be careful.
