Not a good plan. Last time someone was there watching, the FAA wasn't happy about it. In fact, after one such event, many of us were certain that the Evac had passed, when it hadn't. Better to give them room and wait for PR. Personally, I'll be watching the skies tomorrow, as JFK is 10 miles away, and their approach is almost directly over my house. If I see a rooster flying, I'll give a shout out, but I'll still wait for offical PR, before using the word Pa$$....
