Well if read through the lense of proper english grammar that is exactly what is implied...but since we know that is not what happened with JFK then we can just leave it up to poor grammar. :-D
On the other hand, since the first quarter OTC disclosure shows NO FUNCTIONING BUSINESS ACTIVITY whatsoever for BAYP its hard to take anything seriously.
