I think you are all missing the point to a certain degree. First to clarify, I am long and I think the stock is holding up really well with everything that is going on. We have the company trying to eliminate toxic financing and usually this sends a stock straight down but that isn't happening. The other major point that no one is mentioning is that BRWC only had approx. $125K in cash at the end of the quarter and they raised the authorized share count. They also say they will not rely on convertible debt any longer. So, in my opinion the company is selling shares in the open market to raise money. With these 2 things going on at the same time I am quite happy that the stock hasn't tanked. I believe the stock will go up once the company is finished dumping in the open market to raise capital for salaries, etc, etc. Just my opinion.
