And I really like the story line before the jury that Schrader knew it was operating under a high risk of infringement but proceeded anyways in order to maximize their revenues which in turn allowed them to be bought out for over one billion dollars. The jury should be able to latch on to this corporate greed scenario which may help tip the scales in favor of an infringement finding.
