What company would buy HJOE when they have so much toxic debt?
They don't have a distribution system in place - the available in 30,000 locations is complete nonsense.
There isn't a patent pending on the formulation - actually HJOE paid when they were sued for aptent infringement.
Now, HJOE would like to make noobie investors think there is going to be a buyout - but that is fantasyland talk.
It is looking like a buyout. I am not able to verify this at work because most websites are blocked. They do not seem to be commenting on twitter as much, PR's have slowed to almost nothing. Look like someone else is taking the wheel.
