I guess you mean 90k, not 900k. The only thing this stock can gain fire again is if they completely abandon the aquisition together with any RS plans. IMO

A 37 million bucks aquisition paid by new STOA shares here is simply impossible to do right now and the closing is planned within the next week.

That's because, unfortunately, lots of people only do their DD here and see all the lovely notes about STOA. I like your optimism though for sure, and I think everyone should consider getting this at 0003. Better days are ahead no doubt.
