Newco is tied but the assests on Newco get transfer back to holdings when the loan is repaid. Its very clear on the loan agreement. Then kaboom. I am betting loan repaid in full on one year. Booommm!!!

The loan matures on January 16, 2017. The obligations under the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement are guaranteed by certain wholly-owned unregulated domestic subsidiaries of the Company and are secured by substantially all of the assets of Holdings and certain subsidiaries of the Company,
