No sense scouting for any promising action with bkmp. It's a scam criminal fake company by winick and curry and their Taiwan boiler room busted organization. It'll all be closed down soon. bkmp will be revoked soon as well.
(IMHO) The BKMP story is one of timing...legal requirements for SEC compliancy...and an incredible blunder of 'neckedly' shorting a stock...that time has proven to be fairly irretrievable in the here and now.
It doesn't take a rocket science to see all this vitriolic negativity and understand that it doesn't happen in a vacuuum.
Like I say if trying to buy right now you're gonna need a full service broker and some brokerage that isn't operating in collusion with this particular hedge fund at fault.
Till this all gets straightened out it's called 'free speach' and no 'tortable' offense.
Said in another way...this is simply a message board on the internet and not a court of law.
