Nope! Newco is the collateral and it has been confirmed. Write to investors relations if you don't know. We all know what Newco is. Collateral ( aka assets placed on Newco) get transferred back to Holdings once the loan is repaid. Its very clear on the loan agreement. Only risk is FXCM not paying the loan, it doesn't look good for Shorts!!! Cachin for longs$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
