From what I've read, Abbott does not intend to use RECAF as a stand alone test. It would be used to enhance the PSA and other tests. The PSA has a lot of false positives. If a RECAF test met the trigger level of cancer at the same time, the day after tomorrow would be later than I would want to wait for other tests to proceed.
