This case is simple..

Did the CEO have the authority to pull off a reverse merger? I say no.

Did they shareholders have a right to stop a proposed reverse merger? I say yes.

Were shareholders at fault for causing $811,000 in damages to Exobox?

Was Shaun Irvine guilty of unjust enrichment, self dealing, and a sleu of other things?

First - Who are you HansJ?

Second - How are you connected to the company?

Third - Are you connected with any other companies?

Fourth - How has your connections to other companies worked out?



But thankfully for any EXBX shareholder who may have a "beef" with the company, I believe there's only one sole officer & director that they have to worry about.
