My first motivation is settling and finish this almost one year ordeal.
Obviously, as per my previous posts, there is no one for me to talk with in MGT and they obviously despite of written agreements prefer to to pay me minimum amount and not even shares, I want you to understand who is Carlos, so when I will call (yes I have some shares) for a shareholders meeting, you will understand what's going on.
Most of the Bion investors that have large amounts invested (north of $200K) are not participating in this forum and already agreed to vote with me to remove Carlos and the board. We have a majority of the shares and will have no problem removing the current Mgt.
I am waiting for the outcome with the Annon case before we move forward because it may change things around.
People asked me in previous posts what do I think they should do with their stock, I wrote :hang in there.
Most of you invested few years ago and its worth to wait and see what will happen next. If the company will start a new era with serious Mgt, its prospects are huge.
Just be ready to vote when the time comes.
