CDEX SCAM stock explodes! 5 shares traded!

Well at least the volume has exploded! I mean look at that trading! Wow five shares! My guess is investors are still dizzy from the news and just haven't gathered themselves to buy yet.

What a joke! Further dilution of shareholders with yet another shares for services deal from yet another two-bit investment relations firm. LOL!!

What happen to that last investment relations firm? It appears that Amanita was spot on about CDEx getting taken for a ride at that Banker Investment Convention.

There it is, the bottom line, right in the middle of all the PR fluff. CDEx is hoping this fellow can reel in some new PP suckers.

Let's see how does this work? CDEx further dilutes shareholders so the insiders can secure funding. And where does the funds go?

Effective May 28, 2015, CDEX Inc. (the "Company") entered into a Consulting Advisory Services Agreement (the "Agreement") with Osprey Capital Advisors, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the "Consultant").

You notice in the filing that the the "partners" are called Osprey Capital Advisors, LLC. But the web site they're called Osprey Advisors. Could it be that in confusion there is profit? Those Osprey do seem to get around the money lending business. Small sample below...
