Now lets project your argument to the shell corp. Your worthless shell corp is worth $300k? I think not. If you were a person with minimum moral fortitude, a much lower amount would have sufficed. At least to cover any reasonable damages incurred. But no, something tells me the mind of a white collar criminal demands all they can get, and then some.

Something also tells me, in order to start a corporation and inject language into a legal document that states you still own 55% of the shares as you claim you do, in a company you have nothing to do with, then you've probably got enough knowledge to scheme and maneuver the legal landscape.
