The company is doing everything wrong

The float is very small

Yeah, nothing like taking the Jan 2014 O/S&A/S from 1.5B down to 15M with a 100:1 R/S. Then end up currently with an A/S 750M, and an O/S 248M. Nothing like 1600% dilution, while trying to provide a cosmetic cover with the R/S. Without the R/S the O/S would currently be 24.8B shares, and the PPS 000049.

There are no prospects, other than a paid P&D about nonsense by the insiders. BAYP is a typical microcrap scam.
