The district court judge could reject the Kessler motion recommendations. Judge Grewal is only a magistrate court judge. District court judges are way more political than magistrate court judges and the political winds are against patent trolls like PTSC who produce nothing. It is very likely the Kessler motion is approved by the district court judge. At any rate it will take another 3-5 months for the district court judge to review everything and make his ruling which is the only one that matters. It taint over my friends.
