Less than 1 percent of the $5 million has been raised in the private offering. Pathetic lack of interest - luckily, most private investors know to stay away from scams. I wonder if the $45K invested is from Shamberg family members? Or maybe some slightly befuddled elderly folks at the local assisted living home.
