It may/may not be a "win" for Rand Paul...he's behind in Repub polls and needs a jump-start to his campaign before big $$$ from Jeb Bush rolls over him. That said, it was interesting to hear Repub Rand Paul castigate the GOP for helping ISIS, "ISIS exists and grew stronger because of hawks in our own party who gave arms indiscriminately and most of those arms were snatched up by ISIS"..."The hawks wanted to bomb Assad and would have made ISIS' job easier". Speaking of Repub hawks, John McCain's buddy Repub Sen Lindsey Graham will announce today he should be president.
