goldy,

Good job there. "Facts" are always a
good thing. btw...I wonder if any companies
that were funded by GGI, went on to do well
later. Are you up to the task?

Gold: That's nice. What are you trying to show? Why are you showing it? Why are you here? Dilution? None in over a month and very, very little the last two. Aquisition coming imo and AAFES all but done deal. Let's not even talk about other potential retailers. Again, you sold all; now you are here acting like your going to save the GZFX world by showing everyone how GZ is being diluted by big bad GGI. Bottom line, the price will not fall much more than it already has. Every day that passes increases the odds of a PR. Will it be one you can live with missing? If so, glty. BTW did you cancel your GNF sub? Just curious.

*goldie, I have much more I could say about your reported dd but will confine my comments to GZFX. Basically you're all wet.

The toxic financing we entered into with GGI was filed on 11/11/04 BUT THE SB2 WAS NOT APPROVED BY THE SEC until 9/12/05 at which time our EOD pps was .002.

In other words since our actual financing was approved and any debentures were issued to GGI (have no idea when they may have cashed in the 1st ones) our pps has INCREASED by over 200% even at this current rediculously low amount.

I am not going to bother to see if your figures are faulty with the other companies. Those do not concern me. But, financing by companies like GGI is done when companies are struggling and can not otherwise find someone with deep pockets to bail them out.

Just one further question, how many of these 10 companies would still be in business if it were not for GGI?

Goldy it's not GGI's fault! It's JF's!! GGI says here's your money and Jf says I'll take it! LOL! Screw the shareholders.

I still have my subscription as the Company per say is fine . The Stock SUX!!!!

goldy: Give it a rest. They're all OTC stocks. Dilution is the name of the game because small, growing companies need money to make money. Being public, they get that by issuing shares to lenders in return for needed cash.

It doesn't matter if it's GGI, Cornell or anybody else.

Dilution is the name of the game.

Period.

End of story.
