Why didn't he need to be 'realistic' to try and sell without the engineering, financial, or sales infrastructure you claim has been the reason for lack of a sale going on two years ?
I guess those 'potential buyers' were just being strung along because Heddle jumped the gun and needed engineering, financial, and sales infrastructure as you claim.
