Cjgaddy, I agree and I'd also be curious for an explanation, because I exwannabee's statement "“This board (the long side) was near universal in predictions that failed to come about. SUNRISE enrollment complete by early 2015.” is not true.

Early 2015 is not the same as Dec 2015
