All the other funds were with a loan shark convertible note and the simple way to raise cash.
The PPM will do well if Steven does as I charted, heck he might even understand the note.

Odds are HE doesn't understand the note and more important the market - I think he honestly feels that he can raise the AS another 2B and the market will just buy them up as he dumps like they did the last few billion - what he doesn't understand is this will go to no bid and never look back the moment he raises the AS -
