seems maybe smart win and empire energy are on the same page in regards to handing over the sw-hunt energy docs and pursuing hunt?hunt energy was paid upfront $2.3 million dollars aug 08 before the rig landed in tasmania at the launceston kellari yard.moduspec arrived aug-sept -08 to do the inspection so whatever repairs -changes that they listed to be handled by hunt energy should have been repaired immediately.no reason for worciech grun of the mrt to have to send out two letters late sept 08 and again in early oct 08 demanding a fit for purpose certificate.and then when the rig was brought on site at bellevue in dec 08 moduspec returned to reinspect .i suspect not many repairs from the earlier inspection had been made ? im pretty sure the eegc-hunt energy contract mandates the rig when on site to be ready with all equipment functioning at all times and fit for purpose!imo
