Absolutely. Although, the advantage of a single-port versus multi-port system may be less when utilized through a widely patent oral cavity. Exposure, as you know, is very important in surgery. Everyone's upper airway anatomy is different and exposure varies. Multiple ports still need to fit through the confines of the oral cavity, thus port distance and angle separation may be limited, compared with an abdominal case.

The advantage, I see, is in the snake arms, leading to increased/improved accessibility to the lower upper airway - the tongue base, hypopharynx and larynx.
