If they have been given to them already, the company probably has caashed them right away (as I imagine the company would want to treat them as $$ and so would want to cash them right away). If this is the case could the drop in price be the result of them dumping the shares to get their money for the deal?
If so, then this makes sense what has been happening to the sp the last bit and would be a good time to go share shopping.
Anyone know when Payonline was / is able to dispose of the shares they were given in the deal?
To be honest I would rather have them pay for that in shares. It sucks right now but when this transaction is done they will have added to their revenue stream. It also puts them a position where they will not have to watch their cash expenses go up.
