I have emailed the county recorder asking about JTB real estate and any updates in regards to deeds/property transfers involving them in the last month. I also commented that the property in question was "an industrial building being approximately 7200 sq. ft. on approximately .83 acres of land in Phoenix, county of Maricopa in the State of Arizona, and having a civic address at 10040 N. Metro Parkway W., Phoenix, Arizona, 85051 and legally described as Lot 3, of METROCENTER TRACT 10, according to the plat of record in the office of the Country Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, recorded in Book 797 Maps, page 15"

As I emailed over the weekend, I do not expect to hear anything until monday. Which by that time we may already have news.

This is a special warranty deed from J & M Management LLC to JTB Real Estate LLLP. This doesnt tell us anything in regards to MDCN, as this transaction occured in 2013.

You can dig some more on the recorder site for PLA2WIN, dreem green inc, etc. You can find that the dispensary was just recently outfitted/built in 2014.

As I said, this does not tell us anything about MDCN (yet), but this is where we should be looking for the deed transfer. I still think that even though the recording does happen on the day of closing, it will take a week at least to update on the website.
