Not enough stickies to post all of the evidence that BAYP is nothing but a sham business. Financials put together by a third-grader. Oil wells that are capped or dry, haven't produced in decades. A JV partner who is a convicted securities fraudster. Endless dilution and headed to trip zeros (again).

Certainly not good for those bragging about buying recently at 0.0080 - now down another 50% only a couple short weeks later.

The JV is raising millions.
Pickens people are in it.
IMO, there are many news release coming out in June.
The float has been confirmed at far less than 70 million shares.
There is no real dilution and none that can happen soon.

The stock will vault to .02.

2015 is BAYP year to shine.
