I posted both the 2012 10K (at the top) and the 2014 10K (at the bottom, second "quote")

I do not know how they were disposed of, or even if, it could also be that once they were non affiliated, perhaps when the subsidiaries were dissolved (?) and like Mr. Dave in his change from board member to advisor, they might still be holding something, but no longer have the same disclosure requirement.
But it is worth noting how many shares and % control were insider held then v now, and who remains (publicly) involved in making decisions at SGLB.
There is also 1 officer or related party holding but not named in the latest filing.
