I think the CA is just an excuse to hide behind and be able to keep quiet about what they are working on, they can stop that plan at anytime because the CA has no merit and has been dismissed 3 times now, I can't see the appellate court would disagree with the previous rulings.

At any rate it could be over at any time now.
