The TA does not report the float and they're the only reliable source of the INOH SS.

By Board of Directors action taken on March 19, 2015, Section 1 of Article II of the Articles of Incorporation of In Ovations Holdings, Inc. f/k/a Marine Exploration, Inc., entitled "Authorized Shares" is hereby replaced by the following:

Section 1: Number. The aggregate number of shares which the Corporation shall have authority to issue is Four Billion Four Hundred Million (4,400,000,000) common shares of one class, with unlimited voting rights, all with par value $.0001.
