Nasdaq ? The 10 will be approved by June 7th, if approval does not come by then it will automatically be approved on that day. Per the form 10, assuming nothing unforeseeable. Then they will apply for up listing to OTCQB, and be fully reporting. This is a definite step in the right direction.

Time will tell. SEC approval will make a big difference to many investors. Not looking to help the swing traders and flippers.
